INTENTION – goal, aim, hope, motive, objective, plan, purpose.

This applies to anyone and everyone building an online business.  Yes, owners and leaders and affiliate and members all included.

Be intentional in what you are doing.

What does it mean to be intentional?
What does it mean to have intention in your work?

It means 2 things:

1. It means I must spend a lot of time thinking on the front end.  Where am I going?  What am I doing?  Who am I leading?
2. It also means I must do a lot of reflection on the back end.
