OK, I’m here to help. Please give me more info. What are you promoting, where, and how much? Specifically, what URL(s), how many hits, when, and where?
I investigated further, and also got their response, and guess what???

They are not doing hoopla, they are not following our instructions, they are not promoting their TrafficHoopla, anywhere.
We say right from the start, if only interested in using TrafficHoopla as a reference to the current best advertising resources, this is OK.
HOWEVER, if your interest, your goal is to build traffic, and specifically long term, daily, ongoing daily traffic, THEN promote your TrafficHoopla.
