Here’s part of a support email I received today, and I want to share with all, to help all, to help you, and possibly, you can help others.
If you’ve been around here long, read many of my updates, you know I love helping people, enjoy answering support emails, and in part, this has been the secret to my success.

I am still not sure how to use traffic hoopla. It’s very vague and I have not made a dime. I find pennies on the street which 100 times greater than traffic hoopla. I don’t see what so great about it.

Now here is my response, and yes, I’m straight to the point kind of person.

This is because you have not followed its instructions, and if you are here for to make money, then you joined for the wrong reasons.
TrafficHoopla is about building traffic, not making money. Your business, whatever it is, is your money maker.
I login to your account, and see you’ve been here for a few months, yet have not even set up your account, or set it up correctly.
In your 1st Join Section, you’ve simply updated with your TrafficHoopla account number. This is not correct.
Join each advertising resource in the join sections, and update with whatever ID identifies your referral membership for each. Some will assign you an account number, others a username, and this is what you will update here.
Then use the advertising resources daily to promote both your business and your TrafficHoopla.

I would love to say that this is unbelievable, but in today’s “give me” world this is all to common. I must commend the eloquence in your response. I have to say I would have struggled with being so tactful or so nice.

He was trying to criticize and actually he wasn’t even set up right. I know a lot of people ( my husband, for example, on Christmas with the kids toys ) who think they can set up things without reading the instruction and go through frustration wondering why its not working.
I’d hate to see this person in the kitchen. “I bought your cake mix and it hasn’t baked itself. I find food in the trash more edible than what you sell.”
Uh-huh. Right.
Thank You for reminding. The thing is that I am in first phase of affiliate marketing – looking around. And making mistakes, of course. Some of them I know, most are unclear.
And I am doing it from time to time.
Some businesses looked without future, some too complicate.

Do you have all this wrong?
They are probaly like me and joined to many programs in a short time and are having trouble finding time to concentrate on one program at a time with keeping up with the surfing, the surfing is like being hooked on drugs, once you start it is hard to quit.
PS they can find more money in parking lots, that way they don’t have to worry about being hit by a car

I thought you had to work your way to the top, Traffic Taxi’s is buying thier way up.
Farm Traffic is only were thier at because of the other owners
Hit2Hit doesn’t allow two U.S states to join
Just speaking my mind don’t know if you want to here it or not but it makes me feel better, I think it is great that you find time to coach a team at this day an age, keep up the good work

Yes, your comments are welcome.
TrafficTaxi buy their way up? Not here. They have only made our rankings 50% of the past 6-months, and currently not a top 20.
FarmTraffic? Don’t know their owners, never had contact with them, so certainly no influence on our rankings.
Hit2Hit? What 2 US states do they not allow? And have you asked them about it?
