Today, Monday, is stats day around here. On average, we collect and analyze one million hits for each Hit Exchange Report, from more than 2000 sites. Pure and simple, we are looking for the current best hit exchanges as it relates to traffic building, traffic delivery, results, and commissions paid.
There was a day when no one in this business offered commissions. This has changed, commissions are now the norm, and in fact, those resources without a commission program are almost unheard of.
Do you want my opinion? Smile, I’ll give it to you any ways. There will be a day, soon, when those advertising resources not offering commissions, will either change and join the norm, or face a decline in business.
Think about this. You are a business consultant, in this traffic exchange/affiliate program world, offering startup advice. It is a no-brainer, an affiliate program is first on the blue print, and second, a commissions program. Am I right?
Now, as far as our testing and ranking of hit exchanges, today, is it possible for those exchanges without a commission program to compete with those who do? Yes.
Commissions paid is only one of many equally weighed statistical components we look at, that determine our overall rankings.
And what does commissions paid reveal? It reveals life, growth, and activity of the advertising resource.

I personally like commissions paid, and I think you do as well. It contributes to the overall benefit’s package for using such resources, and for referring others. I can add it to my bottom line, or, as I most often do, it can be used to purchase additional advertising, expand my reach, and support continued growth.
When I first heard about Hit Exchanges, I told myself, self, are you crazy? There is no way you are going to sit there, clicking for credits, and only getting those clicks in return.
