StartXchange is a manual hit exchange (aka hit exchange, traffic exchange, start exchange) owned by Tim Linden. Tim is also a web developer, program writer, and promotes the Tim Linden blog.

At the time of this posting, the Hit Exchange Report has collected and analyzed more than 6000 hits from StartXchange for the current weekly report. On average, more than 3000 hits have been collected and analyzed from StartXchange for every report thus far in 2008.
